Looking to digitise your physical patterns? I’m Kayleigh Millar, owner and designer and Love & Lace. I'm an experienced pattern drafter and designer, offering professional pattern digitisation services for £36/hr. I specialise in converting paper patterns into industry-ready digital files, perfect for designers, brands, and small businesses.
A little about me...
I hold a 1st Class (Hons) degree in Fashion Contour from London College of Fashion, specialising in lingerie and swimwear. Since graduating in 2013, I’ve worked with both high-end and high-street brands, including Gilda & Pearl, and launched my own brand, Serène Intimates, which was featured in WGSN’s "Brands to Watch" and stocked in luxury boutiques in London and New York.
After becoming a mother in 2017, I moved into freelance work, helping brands and creating sewing patterns for home-sewers. I sell my own PDF patterns and ethically sourced materials here at loveandlace.co.uk.
What I offer:
- Digitised Patterns: As standard, I provide your patterns in large-scale (A0) format, ready to send to a copy or print shop, and A4 or US Letter formats for home sewists to print at home.
- Customer-Ready PDFs: Your digital patterns will be provided as easy-to-understand PDFs, ready for you to sell to your customers, allowing them to print and use them immediately.
- Editable Files: Need more flexibility? I can also supply editable file formats like ai. and dxf., perfect for adding digital artwork or sending your patterns to factories for production.
